I always wanted to travel into<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>far and mysterious lands. While studying, I took the opportunities to live in different cities and to discover news areas of France. I lived in Brest, Amiens, Lyon and Rennes. However, this was not enough for me, I needed to travel further away, to find out<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>and experience new cultures. So I went on holidays for three weeks in Japan. And it was a wake up call. I knew from that day, travelling will play a big part of my life. From that point, I decided to leave for New Zealand <a class=\"lien-post\" href=\"https:\/\/www.immigration.govt.nz\/new-zealand-visas\/options\/work\/thinking-about-coming-to-new-zealand-to-work\/working-holiday-visa\">on a Working Holiday Visa<\/a>. He also caught the travel bug at a young age. During high school he studied during three months in Canada and, then, during a year in the United States. He shared his passion for the overseas\u2019 life with me<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Through<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> this blog, I <\/span><span class=\"s1\">will share<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> with you my kiwi\u2019s adventures and my <\/span><span class=\"s1\">findings about accessibility <\/span><span class=\"s2\">because I am a handi-traveler. I think it\u2019s important to give you a <\/span><span class=\"s1\">quick<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> explanation <\/span><span class=\"s1\">about<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> my state of health because all the handicaps are not the same. Therefore, some situations for me are not necessarily an issue for others and vice-versa. I have <a class=\"lien-post\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hereditary_spastic_paraplegia\">Hereditary spastic paraplegia<\/a> which means that I walk with a cane for the short distances and that I use a manual wheelchair for the longest journeys. <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Therefore<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> I am able to move <\/span><span class=\"s1\">in around a house <\/span><span class=\"s2\">just with my cane. I can go up and go down the stairs if there is a handrail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">I am <\/span><span class=\"s2\">looking forward<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> to share <\/span><span class=\"s3\">with you<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> my adventures and to show you that \u00ab wanderlust&nbsp;and disability&nbsp;\u00bb<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> is not impossible<\/span><span class=\"s1\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Happy reading<\/span>!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bonjour &amp; Welcome\u00a0!
